1. About melajky.com

• We are a full-service e-commerce company specializing in Clear Film Screen Print Transfers, UV DTF, and Chenille Patches, with offices and warehouses located in Sweden. The company is headquartered in Motala (Sweden).
• The company's return address and delivery address for mail are: melajky.com c/o Mall Online Sweden AB, BOX 348, 591 24 Motala, Sweden. We are exclusively focused on e-commerce and therefore do not have the ability to accommodate customers physically at our location. Melajky.com is operated by Mall Online Sweden AB with Organization Number 559472-5516.

2. Order

• When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address.
• If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at hello@melajky.com.

3. Delivery

• Our normal delivery times are 3-6 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
• If there are any delays in the delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: hello@melajky.com.

4. Prices

• All prices in the store are listed in SEK or EUR, and all prices include 25% VAT.
• We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of withdrawal

• When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of an item that you have ordered.
  
  5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: 
• You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at hello@melajky.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the items for return should be clearly and explicitly stated.
• You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
• You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the refund amount for used or damaged products.
  
  5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products that have been sealed (plomberats) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the sealing (plomberingen) has been broken by you.
• Products that are of a sealed audio or visual recording nature and where the sealing has been broken by you.
• Custom-made products, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your specifications.
• Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
• Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as perishable items like food.
• Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and claims

• We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
• You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
• The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
  
  6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
• Any faults or defects should always be reported to hello@melajky.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
• If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
• We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of liability

• We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
• We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers.
• Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

• We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products. Each Clear Film Screen Print Transfer, UV DTF, and Chenille Patch is produced in a limited edition, which means that when a product is sold out, it may not return to stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' appearance as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

  10.4.1 Payment provider

If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also stored with the payment provider. This information is stored to facilitate the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

  To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
  The shipping companies we partner with are: Postnord AB.

  If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
  We use MailChimp for sending out newsletters.

  Melajky.com is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

  We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely. We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

12. Dispute and Choice of Law
