  • We are a full-service e-commerce company specializing in Clear Film Screen Print Transfers, UV DTF, and Chenille Patches, with offices and warehouses located in Sweden. The company is headquartered in Motala (Sweden).

We are exclusively focused on e-commerce and therefore do not have the ability to accommodate customers physically at our location.   1. Order
  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address.
  • If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 3-6 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK or EUR, and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, as well as inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of an item that you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: 
  • You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the items for return should be clearly and explicitly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the refund amount for used or damaged products.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are of a sealed audio or visual recording nature and where the sealing has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your specifications.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as perishable items like food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

  1. Complaints and claims
  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

    6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any faults or defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
  • If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.

  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products. Each Clear Film Screen Print Transfer, UV DTF, and Chenille Patch is produced in a limited edition, which means that when a product is sold out, it may not return to stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' appearance as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
